Living-Room Refresh

9:16 Reel6 scenes · ~23s+ 15s cutEvergreen

Concept: Home transformation — keep the furniture, change the feeling. Core idea: “Same room. New feeling.”

Objective: Help a shopper picture how textiles and décor might refresh a familiar room without replacing the major furniture.

Customer question: Can my home feel different through a few considered décor changes, without replacing the main furniture? (A strategic hypothesis, not a research finding.)

Hypothesis: A before/after transformation may generate more qualified collection exploration than a product-grid presentation of the same approved items.

Role: A separate extension into wider décor discovery; not evidence for the three-SKU audit. Seasonal/Diwali treatment is optional and doesn't define the core creative.

Destination: A relevant Nestasia home décor collection or curated-room page — final URL pending approval.

SKU status Exact Nestasia SKUs are not approved. Older drafts conflict on the rug (Ezra vs Lilliana), throw (Lagoon teal vs Coral Weave), wall hanging and item count, so this brief uses generic styling roles only. Don't describe a generated textile as a verified Nestasia product.

Before: a familiar room

0–3s

Establish a relatable starting point without making the home look bad.

Visual

On-screen text
IT JUST NEEDS A LITTLE MORE PERSONALITY.
Voiceover
It just needs a little more personality.

Same room, new feeling

3–5s

Deliver the transformation early.

Visual
One clean wipe between the matched before and after. Same architecture, sofa, coffee table, window, lens, angle and camera height; the change comes from textiles and décor only.
On-screen text
SAME ROOM. NEW FEELING.
Voiceover
None — one soft music lift.
Guardrail The split is an art-direction guide; the final edit must use matching single-camera frames. No layout changes that imply another room.

Let the after speak

5–11s

Let viewers notice colour, pattern and texture without turning the ad into a catalogue.

Visual
Hold the full styled-room wide shot, then three short cutaways: rug, curtain, cushions/throw. Visual roles only until exact SKUs are locked.
On-screen text
COLOUR. PATTERN. TEXTURE.
Voiceover
You don't need a whole new room to make your home feel new.
Guardrail Don't claim a 4×6 ft size, curtain stitching, throw colour or any product name until verified. Each close-up must match a verified item in the finished-room frame and the approved destination.

Lifestyle payoff

11–15s

Show the room as a setting for everyday life, not a guaranteed emotional outcome.

Visual
A relaxed person/couple uses the room naturally. Keep the styled textiles visible; no exaggerated reaction.

A HOME THAT FEELS LIKE YOU
Voiceover
None — light room ambience.
Guardrail Illustrative lifestyle frame; confirm it matches the room style. Don't imply customers need every product shown.

WARM LIGHT. A DIFFERENT FEELING. (optional)

A few considered details can change how a room feels.
Guardrail No Diwali-specific promise in the core version; a seasonal edit is optional, only after timing and item availability are checked.

Portrait-safe end card and CTA

19–23s

Invite collection exploration while keeping the destination promise clear.

Visual
Portrait-safe finished-room frame with safe space for the line and one CTA.
On-screen text
MAKE YOUR SPACE FEEL LIKE YOU → EXPLORE HOME DÉCOR
Voiceover
Make your space feel like you. Explore home décor at Nestasia.
Guardrail Destination URL needs approval and must contain the featured, available items. Let people browse their own selection; don't imply every item must be bought.

15-second cut

Candidate-role lock before production

Candidate styling roles only, not an approved shopping list: woven rug; curtains; two cushion-cover styles; throw; vase; optional lantern; woven wall hanging.

For each item, record the exact live URL, title, colour/pattern, dimensions and stock status. If a SKU can't be verified or is unavailable, remove it or use clearly generic, non-branded set dressing.

Test and decision rule

Compare the transformation creative against a product-grid creative using the same approved items, destination, audience and campaign conditions as far as practical.

This is a separate décor-discovery test, not evidence for the three-SKU audit.

Production and QA

  • Match before/after camera, room, furniture and window exactly.
  • Use official photography or footage for any item shown as a specific Nestasia product.
  • No unapproved SKU names, dimensions, colours, discounts, stock statements or prices.
  • No claim that the transformation is guaranteed in every home.
  • Core version stays evergreen; seasonal variants are separate approved cuts.
  • Approve the collection destination and CTA before publication.
